Welcome to the French Connection Bistro!
We
will individually prepare your meal from the freshest possible ingredients, usually delivered each day, and cook it with care. All
foods take an appreciable time to cook and we use traditional methods
of boiling, baking, frying and grilling.
Our
chef has over 14 years experience here in our own kitchens and will
cook each dish with attention to detail in accordance with the highest
traditions of French Cuisine.
Your
meal will be served as soon as it is ready, straight from pan to plate.
We do not hold food a moment longer than necessary, so you may have to
wait a while for your food especially at busy times. Even a skilled
chef and his team have a finite number of hands!
However,
if you are on a tight schedule and need your food quickly we are
pleased to advise you on which dishes are the quickest to prepare.
Alternatively, why not phone us in advance with your order after you
have browsed our menus on the internet? " we welcome members of the Coeliac Society as we always have a selection of gluten free dishes available. "
Don’t Forget We are open each day Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 for French, English and Scottish breakfast.
We also have freshly baked croissants and the best coffee for miles AND a coffee club to save you money!!
