Welcome to our Lunch Menu for December 2017. A printable version of the menu is available by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page as is a copy of the booking form. All bookings must be accompanied by a non refundable £10 deposit per person which can be paid by cheque by post or by credit card over the telephone. Festive Menus are available from 4th December with a limited light menu if you do not wish to have the fixed price menu. We are open from the 4th December Monday to Saturday until Christmas Eve.

First Course.

 GF V Vegan Winter Soup of Butternut squash, sun-blush tomato and a hint of chilli.

Warm poached pear with blue cheese and walnut crumb on salad leaves
(GF)  (V) Field and woodland mushrooms in a rich sauce served on brioche with crispy bacon
Shredded Venison in filo pastry with cranberry dip and sweet and sour red onion salad.
(GF) Poached salmon & sweet roasted pepper terrine, cucumber ribbon salad with toasted sourdough.

Main Course.

GF British slow cooked chicken breast with tomato, onion, garlic, roast peppers and chorizo
GF Pork loin with apricot and apple stuffing, apple fritters and Calvados sauce.
GF Seared hake loin on wilted spinach with bouillabaisse sauce.
V (N) Puy lentil, spinach, courgette and goats cheese bake, topped with filo pastry and pine nuts.
